It is common to have problems with sore feet and aching legs as we grow older. These problems are also a common side effect of both sitting and standing for extended periods of time. The Circulation Maxx is an innovative medical device that uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to gently activate the nerve endings found in the soles of the feet to sooth and relax stiff muscles in the legs. It offers an affordable and convenient alternative to costly physiotherapy sessions.

Circulation Maxx Review
Summary
Circulation Maxx is an affordable Class IIa Medical Device that is available to the general public. It uses both EMS and Infrared light to relive aches, pains, tiredness and discomfort.
I have been using this machine since Christmas, I no longer get cramps in my feet and I have no swelling. I suffer with arthritis in my feet but my symptoms have eased considerably over the past few weeks. I am certainly seeing the benefits and would definitely recommend.
Where c an i buy a new instruction book?
There are no instructions as to how to connect the electrode pads
I have just purchased the Maxx but cannot get it to work. Have done everything the book says even going as high as the 90 but still no effect.
I have soaked my feet done all that the leaflet states but still no tingling. Can anyone help?.
Hey Steve, you need to check with the manufacturer/seller first and possibly return the item and ask for a replacement. What you described here doesn’t seem right. Stella
It has just stopped working the lights flashed but now nothing
The lights just flashed now nothing could it be the battery wherever it is
Just starting out so how do I decide which of the 25 modes should be most beneficial for my condition – arthritic knees and lower leg cramps.
Rather than just a manual on how it operates, I suppose I am looking for an instruction book on what each of the modes seek to achieve.
Sue B: I would say, start with a lower setting and see if it’s beneficial for what you’re trying to achieve. It must feel good. If not satisfied, try a higher setting, till you’ve found your comfort zone.
I have had the circulation maxx for 10 months and its just stopped working, I have rung the company and emailed but to no avail, they don’t want to know.
They keep saying they will ring back but no one does, another costly mistake.
how do i contact the manufacturers of the circulation maxx, my machine stopped working after using it for ten months, I have phoned bioenergiser 3 times who said they would ring me back, but haven’t, i have also e mailed to no avail, so how do i complain about a machine that doesn’t work, when no one is interested. it seems once you have purchased this machine you are on your own.
If my experience is anything to go by you can forget ever getting a response from the manufacturer. However under UK law the warranty lies with the retailer, which I why they are often reluctant to respond within warranty.
I have a Circulation Maxx Bioenergiser foot massager bought for a painful foot following a strain whilst walking. I eventually had an operation in February for a completely torn ligament & sprain and they have inserted a metal plate in my foot. It is healing well but still a bit swollen & painful. I think the circulation maxx would help this, but would like to know if it is safe to use it after this procedure.
My mother bought one of these and used it no more than half a dozen times before it just stopped working. Expensive load of rubbish
i see there is 2 wires one white and one red does it matter which way they go in
Good Evening
I have had mine a few months but suddenly stopped working I bought it through Amazon but now I am disappointed because I am just out of hospital and it’s stopped working.
Please can you help the lights come on but none of the buttons work.
Ms Gaynor Smith
Just plugged mine in today for the first time, why does it not work? very disappointed. What am I doing wrong>
Have just started using this machine and the electrical stimulation can be felt on both sides it is probably5 times greater on the right foot / calf than the left which has some on the foot but almost no response not calf. Is this usual
